I am a wellbeing & performance specialist and a professional footballer, currently living in Dubai. Prior to life in the UAE I was a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) in the UK Military (RAF) for 9 years.
I realised after working with new recruits, top end athletes and high ranking officers that personal wellbeing & performance is an inside job and I am here to support just that.

Our workout plan is designed to create the hybrid human with no limits. They include a combination of Mobility, Strength, Muscle Building and Conditioning.
The Hybrid Human 365 Programme is suitable for all athletes, this programme focuses on all aspects of human capacity. Increase stimulus over time creating progressive overload. This is not a technical programme which will help you improve the sports skill, but will support the physical attributes of the athlete which will transfer to the sport
Hybrid Human 365: Barbells, Dumbbells, KB’s and a variety of cardiovascular equipment are required for the Hybrid Human 365 Programme.
Your personal calories and macros will be created within the app and can be logged through the app or linked through My Fitness Pal. This will be adapted and changed over time.
The programme consists of 4 workouts per week, which is the minimum amount over 7 days and these workouts can be scheduled within your week where you see fit. There is 1 day scheduled for complete recovery.
It's important to prioritize safety and listen to your body. If you have any limitations or injuries, please consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program or carrying on. We can provide modifications or alternative exercises to accommodate your needs.
The app will do it all for you if you complete the daily details regularly. We encourage you to track your progress using photos, performance improvements (e.g., increased weights lifted or improved endurance) and the built in habit tracker.
Mindset coaching focuses on cultivating a positive and resilient mindset to support your daily life. It involves identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs, setting empowering goals, and developing habits that align with the life you wish to create
Your mindset plays a crucial role in determining your success. By addressing mindset barriers such as self-doubt, fear of failure, or negative self-talk, you can build confidence, motivation, and resilience to stay committed to your goals even when faced with challenges.
If you enrolled onto the Hybrid Human 365 Package then this will be done throughout the coaching period. Depending on what you are struggling within initially, come into contact with during and learn with the Live Monthly Mastermind which will be presented through zoom.
Absolutely! We provide resources such as articles, emails and social media posts outside of the coaching group. These resources offer valuable insights and tools to help you exploring a positive and resilient mindset beyond the program duration.
